Prior to a public meeting, an Agenda and Related Documents can be published online. The meeting Agenda and documents become a part of your website’s searchable database and are available for public viewing. Documents are also included in the streaming media delivered during a live webcast.
Save Time Creating Minutes from your Agenda
Agendas can be edited during or after the recording, with Agenda items, Roll Calls, Motions & Votes all synchronized to the recording. All content becomes instantly searchable when published. When the meeting concludes, a Minutes document is either created from the synchronized Agenda, or a Minutes template imported, and then published online.
Sync Points and Time Stamping
Sync Points are added while recording and show up in the Agenda as hypertext, either as the Agenda items or timestamps. This allows viewers to easily locate a spot in the video where an Agenda item is addressed. Sync Points and Time Stamps can also be added afterwards while edited in post-production and then republished without affecting the original recording.
